The form is processed on our server and delivered to our inbox through an encrypted mail connection; a private log entry (date, email and outcome) is kept for security.
How we use it
Only to reply to you and to keep the form secure from spam and misuse. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Sharing
We share data only with our hosting and email delivery providers, who process it on our behalf. When you click a link to a publisher's website you leave this guide, and that site's own privacy policy applies.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept for up to 24 months and form logs for up to 12 months, then deleted.

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the email above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
